You’ve made me wish I could read some of his work myself, despite his “slack-spined” response to the war.
I certainly wish I could translate it and post it here! Sadly the copyright for his writing hasn't expired yet... if you can find the book of early writings that does exist in English, though, I would highly recommend it!
Or I could really step up my Japanese game.
